Curative is changing health insurance by offering $0 copays, $0 deductibles, and $0 out-of-pocket costs for in-network care. However, to keep these $0 benefits active, Curative members must complete their annual Baseline Health Check within 120 days of their plan’s effective date.
If you completed your Baseline Visit: Your urgent care visit, on-site diagnostics, and preferred medications at Sahara West are 100% covered with a $0 copay.
If you have NOT completed your Baseline Visit: You can still receive care! However, standard plan deductibles and coinsurance rates may apply.

No. Sahara West Urgent Care operates on a walk-in basis. You do not need an appointment to be seen by our medical providers. Simply walk in during our normal operating hours.
If you have completed your Curative Baseline Health Check within your plan's first 120 days, your copay is $0. If you have not completed it, standard coinsurance and deductibles apply.
