Medical Director- Dr. Mouchir Harb, MD
Originally from Damascus, Syria, Dr. Mouchir S. Harb began his medical journey at the Damascus University Faculty of Medicine, where he earned his degree and built a strong foundation in the study of the nervous system. His deep interest in how the brain and nerves influence overall health guided him toward the field of neurology. After moving to the United States, he advanced his training and achieved board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, establishing himself as a highly skilled physician in his specialty.
With more than two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Harb has devoted his career to providing expert care for a wide range of neurological conditions. His areas of expertise include dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, headaches, seizures, multiple sclerosis, and other movement disorders. Known for his patient-focused approach, he takes time to listen, explain conditions clearly, and develop treatment plans that are tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Harb also serves patients at additional practice locations, expanding access to quality neurological care. His reputation within the community reflects his commitment to improving patients’ quality of life through accurate diagnosis, compassionate support, and advanced treatment methods. He collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure that patients benefit from a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to neurological health.

Physician Assistant- PA.Gaimaro
PA.Gaimaro is a board certified Physician Assistant with 19 years of experience in family medicine and urgent care practice.
PA.Gaimaro mission and philosophy as a Physician Assistant is to serve that area of medicine that is in need of Primary Care providers. Besides providing our patients with the highest quality evidence based medical care, PA. Gaimaro provides patients with thorough education and knowledge of certain diseases and risk factors.
PA. Gaimaro graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine Primary Care Physician Associate Program in 2006. He has a bachelor’s of science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He completed his MPH from Saint Francis University in 2019. PA. Gaimaro is an active fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistant. PA. Gaimaro has participated in research studies of ALLHAT that was focused on decreasing the incidence of heart attack and hypertension in the African American population. He joined Dr. Darren McDow M.D. and Cranford L. Scott M.D. to do an Internal Medicine internship during his P.A studies. Dr.Scott received numerous awards and recognition for his research participation and training of medical students and P.As.

Christine (Christina) Brunet, APRN, FNP-BC
Christine (Christina) Brunet, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Nevada-licensed Certified Nurse Practitioner and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). With an extensive background in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, she graduated with Distinction from the University of Phoenix, earning her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice across the Lifespan. When not caring for patients, she enjoys reading about history, watching science fiction and fantasy movies, and spending quality time with family and friends.
