What does Acute Care mean?
Acute Care means illnesses that may be more serious. Most people will go to the Emergency Room for these types of problems. If you feel like you have a life-threatening problem, call 911 immediately. But if not, Sahara West Urgent Care is equipped to evaluate and treat patients with Acute Illnesses. Our team includes a Board Certified ER Physician and Providers with Emergency training. We can evaluate your illness as well as provide testing with blood and urine tests, EKG, Xrays, and Ultrasound. We can provide IV treatment as well. If at any time a serious emergency or life-threatening condition is identified, emergency transfer to the Hospital will be initiated
